1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Roboquant ("Service"), operated by Roboquant Technologies LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
Roboquant provides a cloud-based integrated development environment (IDE) for creating, testing, and managing trading algorithms. The Service includes AI-assisted coding, containerized development environments, and tools for Python, PineScript, and MQL5 development.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation. You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You confirm this when you create an account.
3.4 Deleting Your Account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. Stop any running bots and cancel a renewing subscription first. What we delete and what we keep is described in our Privacy Policy.
3.5 Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the Service, or for any other serious violation of our policies.
4. Intellectual Property and User Content
4.1 Your Code Ownership. You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to any code, trading strategies, algorithms, or other content you create using the Service.
4.2 License to Operate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
4.3 Our Platform. The Roboquant platform, including its software, design, and functionality, is owned by Roboquant Technologies LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Scrape or extract data from the Service using automated means without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Billing and Payment
6.1 Pricing. Certain features of the Service require payment. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on our website and at checkout, VAT included where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, depending on the plan you choose, at the then-current price until you cancel in the app with "Cancel plan". Credit top-ups are one-off purchases. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
6.2 Payment Processing. Payments are processed by Whop; some older subscriptions are billed through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
6.3 Refunds. If you withdraw within 14 days, you are refunded as described in section 7. Outside that period, refunds are handled case by case; contact info@roboquant.dev. If your Elite or Ultra plan includes a free IQ Capital challenge code, the payment for that plan becomes non-refundable once the code has been sent to you and redeemed at IQ Capital, except where the law requires a refund.
6.4 Credits. AI assistant usage is metered through credits. Credits are non-transferable and expire according to your plan terms.
6.5 Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time with "Cancel plan" in the Billing section of the app. It stops renewing and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling is separate from withdrawing (section 7).
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU and EEA Consumers)
7.1 Your Right. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies to a new subscription, a plan change or upgrade, and a credit top-up, including automatic top-ups. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded. Automatic renewals of an existing subscription are not new contracts and do not start a new withdrawal period.
7.2 Starting Straight Away. Every purchase shows this notice next to the button you use to pay (for automatic top-ups, next to the button that turns on auto-recharge): "By continuing you ask us to start now and understand that if you withdraw within 14 days you pay for what you used." Continuing confirms it, and we record that you did. Because the service starts at once, if you withdraw you pay an amount in proportion to what was provided until you told us you are withdrawing, compared with the full contract. Once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
7.3 How to Withdraw. The easiest way is "Withdraw from contract here", on your plan card in the Billing section of the app or in Settings → Privacy & data. It lists your purchases from the last 14 days; choose one and confirm. We email you a confirmation of receipt straight away, with what you withdrew from, the date of the contract and the date and time of your request. You can also tell us by email to info@roboquant.dev or by post, with a clear statement or with the model form below. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.
7.4 Effects of Withdrawal. We refund the payments we received from you for that contract, minus the proportionate amount for the service provided up to your withdrawal, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not pay any fees for the refund.

8. AI Services and Third-Party Integrations
8.1 AI Providers. The AI chat, chart analysis and dictation are provided by AI models from third-party providers, listed in our Privacy Policy. What you send to an AI feature is sent to the provider that handles the request. When you chat with the AI, you are told that you are interacting with an AI system.
8.2 AI Output. AI answers, code, strategies and analyses can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and are not financial advice. Review and test all AI output, including by backtesting, before you rely on it or trade with it.
9. Trading Disclaimer
9.1 Not Financial Advice. Roboquant is a software development tool. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.
9.2 Trading Risks. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and outcomes resulting from strategies created using the Service.
9.3 No Performance Guarantees. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. We make no guarantees about the profitability or performance of any trading algorithm.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Provided "As Is". The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roboquant Technologies LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
10.3 Maximum Liability. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10.4 Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or intent, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
11. Data Backup and Loss
While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your code and data. We are not liable for any loss of data or content stored in the Service.
12. Modifications to Service and Terms
12.1 Service Changes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
12.2 Terms Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. We show the date of the last change and a summary at the top of this page, and tell registered users about material changes by email. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the Service, cancel your subscription and delete your account.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and we can only sue you there.
13.3 Complaints. Please write to info@roboquant.dev first so we can try to resolve the issue. Consumers can also complain to the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of Cyprus, or to the consumer authority in their own country.
14. Market Data
The market data, and all rights in and to it, are the property of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. or it's licensors as applicable. All rights reserved, except as expressly licensed by Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. Market data displayed within the Service is provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed. Where delayed data is shown, it is labelled with its period of delay.
